1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible nature and fluctuating market value of sports cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Single cards
  • Sealed boxes or packs
  • Hobby boxes
  • Graded cards
  • Memorabilia or collectibles

Please review all product details and images carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Significantly different from the description
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing [support@nflsportcards.com] with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

If your return is approved due to damage or error, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available)
  • Issue store credit
  • Or provide a full refund (depending on the situation)

We may require the return of the original item before processing a refund or replacement.

3. Return Conditions

If a return is authorized:

  • Items must be returned in original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • All packaging, inserts, and protective materials must be intact.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened packs or boxes
  • Cards purchased for grading evaluation
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with card condition (e.g., centering, edge wear) unless significantly misrepresented
  • Mystery lots, repacks, or clearance items

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and tracking is issued, it cannot be canceled.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We take fraud seriously. Any chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in:
